Goods damaged in transit will be replaced without cost provided the customer returns the damaged product to Cassandra Books within 30 days of purchase. Damaged goods and the request for a replacement should be sent to:

Cassandra Books merchandise, other than books, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, or a credit in the amount of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase.

Single copy orders may be returned for a refund, less shipping cost if unopened. Multiple copy sales are final.
